Information
All School
Rehearsals:

*Thursday, June
17th, from 4pm-8pm at the Dance Legacy studio. We will
be running the show from beginning to end.
It is possible that Younger (Monday
Jazz/tap, Thursday Rhythmic Gymnastics, Saturday Pre-ballet and
Tuesday/Saturday beginning ballet classes) students may be done by
6pm

4-8pm at
Gateway
High School, Dress rehearsal make-up optional.

*Saturday, June
19th,
3pm
at
Gateway High School, Performance. All students should be at the
theater by
2pm.

Rehearsal
Please be on time to both full cast
rehearsals. Students will wait with their class and instructor. It is
possible that the younger students will be able to leave by 6pm.
Pictures And Video
Group and individual pictures will be
taken June 4th and 5th. A number of Photos will
be on a CD, number of photos may vary, each CD is $25. Order forms will
be available before pictures are taken. Payment must be made when the
form is turned in. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.
No flash photography or video taping
during the show.
This is to prevent obstruction and disturbance of the other audience
members as well as compliance with the various theater regulations. A
professional video company will tape the performances and make the tapes
available for purchase.

Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Pre-Advanced and Advanced Ballet
Saturday June 5th,
9:30am-12pm, pre-ballet (please
be at class at 8:45am),
beginning ballet, tap/jazz,
12:45-1:30 Hip Hop,
1:30-2:30pm
Jazz, 2:30-4:30 Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Parent Volunteers
Needed
Dance Legacy’s
annual performance wouldn’t be successful with out the much appreciated
help from our parents. There will be sign-up sheets on the bulletin
board indicating where we need help. Please sign-up with your name and
a contact phone number. Here is a preview of where we need help;
ticket sales and
bake/flower sales- 2 people needed on June 4th and June 5th
; 1 person signed up.
Ushers 2 people
needed,
Backstage, stage
leaders and costumes 5-7 people needed; we have 3 people signed up
Tickets
Tickets are $10, and will be sold
before and at the door on the day of the performance. *Seating is
general admission. No one is allowed into the theater until 2:45pm.
There are no reserved seats. Any personal items left on seating before
2:45pm
will be collected and left at the front door.
Ads or Special
Messages
This year we will be selling ad space
in our program. Please advertise your business or a friends business.
We will also like to print your special sentiment for your student. Ad
or sentiment are due by June 1st.
Ads; ¼ page - $20, ½ page - $35, full
page $60. Ads are black and white.
Sentiments; $20 per message.
Student Accounts
All student accounts should be current,
if not; the student will not be allowed to participate in performance.
This includes any late fees, etc.
Policies

Performance
Each costume has a name on it. All
students will receive their tights with their costumes on performance
day.
You can keep the tights when the
performance is over, however, all costumes must be put back on
their hangers with all accessories, that includes, hair pieces and proos
and stay in the dressing rooms. Please drop off your child with the
responsible person for their class. Only parent volenteers are allowed
in the dressing rooms and back stage.
Dressing rooms
Adult volunteers will be in the
dressing areas to help with the younger children. Parents may pick up
their children during the intermission and bring them into the
auditorium to watch the second half of the show. Dance Legacy staff
will be available to assist students.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS
ALLOWED WHILE IN COSTUME, IN THE CHANGING ROOMS OR AUDITORIUM.
Make Up
Make up for young
children should be light. Students ages 3-7 use light pink lipstick and
blush and black mascara. Students ages 8-up can use pink lipstick and
blush and black mascara. If using eye shadow, use light blue. Please
do not use bright blue, brown or green eye shadows. No red lipsticks.

Enroll now for Summer classes and pre-register for Fall classes to
ensure placement.
